Refund Policy

Perfume is personal, and extrait de parfum is a sealed cosmetic product — for
hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.

**Damaged or incorrect orders:** If your order arrives damaged, defective, or
not what you ordered, write to hmy@hmy.ae within 7 days of delivery with your
order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full — whichever
you prefer.

**Unopened bottles:** Unopened bottles in their original seal may be returned
within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping
within the UAE is arranged by us.

**Unsure of the scent?** Begin with the 10 ml discovery size — it exists
exactly for this.
