These terms govern purchases made from HMY (hmy.ae) through this boutique.

**Products:** Every HMY fragrance is made by hand in small batches in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates. Minor variations between batches are a natural property
of hand-made perfume, not a defect.

**Pricing:** All prices are listed in AED and include applicable UAE VAT
unless stated otherwise at checkout.

**Orders:** An order is confirmed when payment is completed at checkout. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

**Delivery:** We ship within the United Arab Emirates only. See our Shipping
